All items bought online from ashleymayes.co.uk have a 14 day return period from the date the item has been received by the buyer. If you do decide to return an item to us, please let us know by email.
ashleymayes.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items returned misused, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise returned in a different condition to the original sale. Unless expressly stated or otherwise agreed prior to purchase, buyers must cover all return costs on order cancellations for any reason.

ashleymayes.co.uk endeavours to dispatch stock within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment using a tracked courier although this is not guaranteed, and you will be notified if there is any delay. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays of the courier.
